Established in United States in 1996, at the University of Illinois, dCHAIN soon extended its operations to Panama City on December 2001. Today we have our Development Center and administrative offices at Panama’s City of Knowledge, and our office for USA in Houston, Texas.

• Design Services
Our services are designed to complement your ability to provide data and system integration for standard ERP and data base applications. This assures success and “World Class” deployment.
System Advantages
• Provide better information through tight integration with your ERP systems. The dChain Enterprise Platform consists of three modules that work together to create a powerful eCommerce solution.
Presentation Module
The Presentation Module consists of five administration functions that control the entire look and feel of the site, including: • Marketing Builder
Transaction Module
Working in conjunction with the dChain Presentation Builder Module or another third party solution the Transaction Module takes orders from the Exchange shopping cart and processes them automatically. Orders are then broken down into two groups: 1) Stocked Items (available from the distributor’s inventory) and 2) Sourced Items (items that are not currently in inventory and must be located).
• For stocked items, an XML Purchase Order is created and sent to the Integration Module that updates the ERP system that a new order has been received for fulfillment.
• All “sourced” items are identified with a manufacturer or supplier (a trading partner); a new XML Purchase Order is then created and sent to the appropriate trading partner.
Collaboration Module
The dChain Collaboration module allows your customers to receive up-to-date pricing,availability, content and order status from trading partners, third-party eCommerce sites and their back-office ERP system either through direct XML connections or through the Owner Exchange Supplier Interface.
