Our approach reduces, or even eliminates, management problems associated with the time difference and distance of Off-shore facilities, while providing more hands on command and control than is possible with current Off-shoring. The net result to your company is operational efficiency without additional management overhead and with minimum risk.

The process builds on a foundation with our local office personnel who maintain day-to-day contact with our customers during the entire length of a project. Then we add our Near-Shore architects and engineers who are available to visit customers on a days notice to any U.S. city. If the project allows we can bring in additional offshore resources as required to complete the project to help achieve at the lowest cost.
